Wife and homeschooling mom of 3. I found CrossFit after 15 years of teaching all kinds of aerobics and fitness classes and running too many marathons (2!). My first Crossfit workout was wallballs and running, I was sore for a week and knew I had to do more! CrossFit has changed my life for the better, I'm now working out to become stronger and faster rather than working out to be skinnier.
