Small-Group Foundations- $40.00

This course consists of three classes taught in small groups over the course of a week. All three classes are critical to exposing you to correct form and gradual exposure to intensity. We respectfully ask you to clear commitments to make every scheduled session.  Once you've finished the three required classes, you have two weeks of Unlimited Group sessions to find a routine that fits your goals and lifestyle.
 

Private Foundations  - $90.00

If you like a 1-on-1 environment or have a schedule that needs extra flexibility, private Foundations is recommended. These classes allow you and your coach to progress at a pace that suits your needs, and can be tailored to ensure success.  Private training has been shown to accelerate an athlete's progress.  This option consists of 1 session, 75-90 minutes long, scheduled at a time that works best for you.  Once you've finished your session, you have two weeks of Unlimited Group sessions to find a routine that fits your goals and lifestyle.


 NOW YOU’RE READY FOR GROUP CLASSES!

After completing the FOUNDATIONS Course you’re set to join MO2CF with a monthly membership and attend group classes. Group classes include the CrossFit Workouts of the Day (WOD). Our classes are limited to 14 or fewer athletes and are one hour long.

Free Trial Class

Would you like to test drive a CrossFit class before you sign up for Foundations?  This is a great way to meet some of our coaching staff, tour the facility, and get a great workout with fellow athletes!  The workout will be tailored to fit your needs and current ability level.  Anyone can do CrossFit.
