 Warmup:

3 Min Hip and Ankle Mobilty

1 Min Each Leg Quad Wall Stretch

20 Air Squats

5 Sandbag Get Ups

 

WOD: ???? 

We will no longer be posting the WOD before classes. We will post the warm up to help guide you & any other gear that may be needed (long socks/jump ropes etc).  

We are CrossFitters, we prepare for the unknown & unknowable.  

The warm up may also change, sometimes you need a little musical med balls to get your sweat on!
