40 deadlifts @ 95/135
400m run as team
30 clean and jerks @ 95/135
400m run as a team
20 snatches @ 95/135
400m run as a team
10 thrusters @ 95/135
400m run as a team

Break up reps however you want. One person lifts at a time. For the run, one person runs forward while the other runs backwards for 200m, then swap for the next 200m
