Brandon was recruited by Steve, who talked endlessly about how great Max Oxygen was and the amazing changes he saw in his body composition & the improvements he's made in his lifts, skills & strength.

1. When you thought CrossFit, what came to your mind (before you joined)?
--I thought people had to be in tip top shape before they could do CrossFit. Anyone can start from anywhere in CrossFit and see improvements quick.
2. How many people know you're doing this CrossFit thing? (First rule: always talk about CF).
--I bring it up every time someone is considering a place to workout, or when they sound dissatisfied with their gym. I tell them why I started CrossFit, because everyone I know who does CrossFit gets results and enjoys the supportive atmosphere.
3. When do you typically WOD?
My schedule is unpredictable, so it's nice there are several classes a day to choose from and they are consistent. I prefer the 6:00am class, it's great to start the day feeling accomplished.
4. Tell us one thing we don't know about you from your high school days.
--I skipped an entire semester of Gym.
5. Best thing you've learned about this experience?
--Ive learned that challenging yourself physically has so many benefits outside of your physical body. I have especially seen improvements at work. I'm more confident, engaged, motivated, driven, and I communicate better with my team.
