Recipe: Mug Cake

Here's a recipe absolutely anyone can make!

Need to add some quick protein to your day and feel like having a dessert?  

Protein Mug Cake

1 serving of your favorite protein (I like Progenex Peanut Butter Smash best in mine) 

2g (or about 1/2tsp) Baking Powder

Touch of milk or water

Mix all ingredients into a coffee mug, heat in the microwave for 10-20 seconds (check frequently) or less of you want a fudge consistency. 

Enjoy!  *This is especially good in a cat mug.
