1. How long have you been crossfitting? 3.5 years I think...
2. What is your favorite movement that we do in CrossFit? Snatch! Love Snatch :-)
3. What was your biggest fear coming into CrossFit MO2DT? That I couldn't keep up.
4. What CF accomplishment are you most proud of? Getting back to full workouts after my ACL repair.
5. What's your 9-5 (job)? I'm a doctor of physical therapy. I do home health, mostly pediatrics.
6. Other than CrossFit, what else do you like to do in your free time?Run Xavier to dance and taekwondo. I also do taekwondo and love playing volleyball. Oh and I'm growing a baby.
7. What keeps you coming back each day? Makes me feel great to push myself regularly and I really love the community. Knowing that the people I'm sweating next to will be there each day and we'll all be rooting each other on is great fun.
8. If you could cherrypick a WOD what would you choose? One with snatches and pull ups, but No running or burpees... or rowing.
9. One thing your WOD friends don't know about you? I have an orange belt in taekwondo.
10. Favorite "Cheat" Meal? Zombie burger and pizza. Not necessarily together but that would be awesome.
